I think if he has a material inside the tube that is excited by the magnets and causes it to vibrate within the copper coil this is possible. My guess would be a special property of graphene or graphene oxide mixed with a magnetic metal powder like iron nitrate in a thicker material that causes the magnetic powder to bounce of each other creating that vibration. Like molecular springs. This magnets moving through a copper coil manifests the movement of electrons. Genius. Time for me to experiment. I'll give the invention to everyone.
